Toltrazuril Shop is committed to fast, secure, and reliable order fulfillment. Please review our shipping and return policies carefully before placing your order.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time (Handling)

We process most orders within 1 business day of the order being placed.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.

Orders received during American National Holidays will ship on the next business day.


Shipping Times

For Standard Priority Shipping, please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


UPS Shipping Services

UPS Two-Day, Three-Day, and Ground services do not guarantee Saturday delivery unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested. Saturday delivery incurs an additional fee.


Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available upon request and at an additional cost.


Shipping Costs

  • All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers (UPS or other services).

Carrier Delays

Toltrazuril Shop does not offer emergency or guaranteed expedited services. Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.


Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.


✅ Eligible Reasons for Refunds or Returns

We accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement or full refund.

Slightly Used Products (In Good Condition)

Products that have been opened or slightly used but remain in good condition (no excessive wear, missing parts, or damage) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping labels in this case.

Unopened, New Products

Products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days only if the incorrect item was delivered.

Unopened items ordered incorrectly by the customer (wrong size, product type, or quantity) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Pre-Approved Exchanges

If an exchange is authorized for a damaged or incorrect product and the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


Wrong Address Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returned products are not reusable or resellable by us, as we do not resell returned items to maintain product quality and customer safety.

Selection Errors

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Toltrazuril Shop is not responsible for reshipping items ordered incorrectly. Customers are responsible for confirming all items in their cart before checkout.


❌ Non-Eligible Reasons for Refunds or Returns

Returns and refunds will NOT be approved under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind

If you simply decide you no longer want the item.

No Longer Needed

Products cannot be returned because they are no longer needed.

Customer Ordering Errors

Incorrect selections during checkout (wrong size, type, or quantity).

Customer Input Mistakes

Errors such as:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Duplicate orders
  • Refusal of delivery

These are not eligible for refund or free reshipment.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery:

You will be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Photos of the product condition (especially for slightly used or damaged items)

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged:

  • We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If you receive the wrong item:

  • We will issue a full refund or send the correct item.

Please email your order number and photos of the issue. In some cases, you may need to contact the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim.


Restocking Fees

Non-Delivery Restocking Fee

If your order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to pick up the package
  • Refusal of delivery

A 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please double-check your shipping address and ensure availability to receive your package.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before processing begins.

Once the order has been processed or a shipping label has been created, a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged products.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective, or
  • An incorrect item was sent by us.

Additional Notes

  • This policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Please retain original packaging and included materials.
  • Items that are excessively worn, damaged, or missing components will not be accepted.
