Caution: We are not providing Vet services. Only a vet can advise the correct dosage after checking the animal’s condition. The dosage quantity, frequency & duration may depend upon the animal’s condition and severity.
Frequency:
- Single dose is usually sufficient for a single flea infestation.
- For persistent or heavy infestations, repeat after 24 hours, and this can be done up to 3 consecutive days if needed.
Duration:
- A single dose typically works for 24–48 hours.
- In cases of persistent flea issues, further treatment may be needed after 24 hours or as directed by the veterinarian.
Special Instructions:
- Administer with or after food: To improve absorption and reduce gastrointestinal irritation.
- Effect on fleas: Nitenpyram works by killing adult fleas within 30 minutes to 1 hour of administration.
