We offer UPS Two-Day, Three-Day, and Ground shipping. These services operate on business days only and do not guarantee Saturday delivery unless specifically requested (additional charges apply). We do not offer Sunday delivery.

Yes! Orders received by 3 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will ship the next business day.

Our refund and re-shipment policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we can no longer offer a refund or re-shipment.

We apply restocking fees in certain situations:

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: $25 restocking fee if you cancel after processing but before shipment
  • Returned Orders Due to Non-Delivery: 25% restocking fee if your order is returned due to incorrect address, failure to pick up, or refusal of delivery

No, reshipments and refunds are not valid for items that were gifted or won through any contest or promotion. These items are not eligible for refunds or re-shipments under our policy.
